Atlanta Engagement Session at the High Museum of Art

All Blog Posts

Bekah and Austin’s engagement session felt like a true reflection of them: artful, meaningful, and effortlessly in love. We started at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, a spot they visit often and genuinely love. The staff even knew them by name (season pass perks!), which made the whole session feel even more personal.

The museum’s clean lines and soft light gave us a beautiful space to work with. Most of the session was photographed digitally to allow for movement and ease, but I brought in film for a few intentional moments, adding warmth and a timeless feel to their gallery.

From there, we headed to the Georgian Terrace Hotel for a more classic, editorial vibe. Between the two locations, we captured the full scope of who they are: modern and relaxed with a love for beauty and history.

Planning your engagement session in Atlanta? Whether it’s a museum you frequent or a hotel you’ve always admired, choosing meaningful locations makes all the difference. I photograph engagement sessions and weddings throughout Atlanta and the Southeast, blending digital and film for galleries that feel both effortless and elevated.
